Privacy Policy

Account details you give us: email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), display name, age confirmation, country and city, languages, your written profile, preferences and photos.

Activity needed to run the service: interests you send, matches, conversations and messages, credit and membership records, gift orders, reports you make and safety flags raised on your account.

Verification material: an identity document, a face image and an optional short video introduction submitted for private review by our team. No automated identity provider is currently connected.

Verification files are stored in a private area that is not publicly reachable and is not served through any public link. Only the reviewers who need to make a decision can open them, and only your verification status — not your document — is visible on your profile.

We store the smallest amount of document information we need to make and defend a decision. We do not publish document numbers, and we do not share them with other members.

Message content is processed automatically to hide contact details before contact exchange is unlocked and to flag known scam patterns such as money requests, crypto pitches, emergency stories and payment QR codes. Flagged conversations may be reviewed by our safety team.

Only the two people in a conversation can read it. Our safety team can access a conversation when a report or a high-severity flag requires it, and that access is recorded.

Where translation, wording help or calling is provided by an outside service, the text or call media needed for that feature is sent to that service to perform it. No such service is connected at the moment; if one is added, this page will name the category of processing before the feature is switched on.

Other members see your profile as you have set it, subject to visibility rules. They never see your email address, your documents or your contact details unless you have both agreed to exchange them.

Our staff see only what their role requires. Sensitive actions record who acted and why.

We operate across borders: members are in Thailand and in other countries, and our hosting and support may be located outside your country. Your information may therefore be stored and processed outside the country you live in.

We do not claim any certification or audit that we have not actually obtained.

You can request a copy of your data, or request deletion of your account, from your settings. Requests are queued and confirmed rather than run instantly, so mistakes can be undone.

After deletion we keep the minimum needed for safety and accounting: records of bans and serious safety cases, and payment records we are required to retain.

We use browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your language and remember that you have confirmed you are 18 or over. We do not use advertising trackers.

Privacy questions can be sent through our secure support form at /support, or by email to support@realthaimatch.com. If you have an account, a copy of your data or deletion of your account can also be requested directly in your settings.
