Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older. We confirm your age at sign-up and again during identity verification. Accounts belonging to anyone under 18 are removed.

One account per person. You must give accurate information about yourself, and the photos you upload must be of you.

Members in Thailand use the service free of charge after verifying who they are. International members pay for full access. Browsing is unlimited on both sides.

Ordinary text messaging after a mutual match is never charged per message while a membership is active.

Membership plans are monthly and renew automatically until cancelled: Standard $29.99, Premium $59.99, Elite $99.99. Each plan includes a number of new conversation starts and a monthly credit allowance, shown on the pricing page.

You may cancel at any time from your membership page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; access continues until then.

Credits are a closed-loop balance used inside the service only. They are not money, not transferable to another person, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be withdrawn.

Credits you buy do not expire while your account is in good standing. Credits included free with a monthly plan expire 60 days after they are granted.

Credits are never required for ordinary messaging and can never unlock another member's contact details.

Contact details are hidden by default. They are only ever shared when both people agree, and each person chooses exactly one channel to share. Nothing is revealed automatically.

Contact details cannot be bought, unlocked with credits, or granted by any membership tier, and the requirements cannot be waived by our staff for payment.

Virtual gifts are decorative items bought with credits. They hold no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred or converted back into money or credits.

Real gifts are physical items we arrange to have prepared and delivered. Availability, substitution of an equivalent item and delivery timing depend on our fulfilment partners.

We do not guarantee a match, a reply, a relationship or a meeting. Paid features such as priority introductions help you be seen sooner; they never guarantee acceptance and never hide or suppress anyone else who is interested.

Asking other members for money, investments, crypto, gift cards, payment QR codes or emergency funds is prohibited and will end your account. Harassment, spam, impersonation, commercial solicitation and sexual content involving minors are prohibited without exception.

We may suspend or close an account, put contact exchange on hold, or refuse verification where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Amounts are charged in US dollars; your bank may apply its own conversion or fees. Renewal, cancellation and refund handling are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

You may request deletion of your account at any time from your settings. We keep the minimum records we are required to keep for safety and accounting purposes.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
