Money requests and emergency stories raise a flag for our safety team immediately, and can put contact exchange on hold.

Report any conversation in two taps. Blocking is instant and permanent unless you undo it.

Contact exchange rules

  • Contact details stay hidden by default in profiles and in chat before unlock.
  • Eligibility never reveals anything automatically. Both people must consent.
  • Each person chooses exactly one channel to share, or chooses Not Now.
  • Contact sharing can never be bought with credits or unlocked by a membership tier.
  • Home address, bank or card details, passwords, passport or ID details and crypto wallets are never shared through this feature.
